A series of articles, statistics, and excerpts from pod casts concerning love, intimacy, and technology. How the Internet, social media, and rise of femininity has effected relationships for Generation Y. Whether or not the Internet has changed love, human nature, and cultural norms. While it seems that all of my friends and fellow millennials have engaged in the same conventions of 21st century dating; the three day rule, following patterns of appropriate likes on Instagram, scanning a partners Facebook for past girlfriends, sexting, masturbating to reddit pornography, ghosting, and swiping right. There are also these archetypes of relationships we engage in; friends with benefits, the one-night stands, serial monogamists, and the forsaken 22 year old virgins.The human desire to pair up hasn’t changed, but the rise of opportunity, connectivity and choice has effected millennial dating patterns. This book is attempt to better understand our untapped intimacy and Love in the Digital Age.
